Our Policy

Returns can be made with the original receipt and will be refunded to the original method of payment. 

With Gift Receipt or Without Receipt:  Gift returns are always accepted within 90 days. You may  exchange your gift or receive store credit for the value paid onto an Elegant Sterling Credit Note to be used within 1 year of purchase. Cash will not be issued.

How to return an item purchased online:

Returns for items purchased online must be returned within 30 days of receipt. A store credit or exchange for the value of the item(s) will be issued. 

There are no refunds or exchanges on Sale items.
